COMEDIANS “Well George Wallace, hanging in there really paid off.” Wallace started with his Comedian Career 29 years ago. He Landed a 1981 gig as opening act for Diana Ross at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. He wondered at that time if his career would sky rocket up or if he should quit now while he was ahead. Well, he hung in there and it paid off. He is now the headliner of a nightly show at the Flamingo Las Vegas. Wallace is now one of the stars instead of the opening act. He is also one of the few that are working that way year-round. He is joined by other successes such as Rita Rudner, Amazing Jonathan and Carrot Top.
